- We have 10 teams registered and over $50K in sponsorship (ahead of last Tug); Rec committee also needs about 20 volunteers to work in 2 shifts (morning and afternoon) that day. Laura K can provide updates on that

- First Friday review- event went well, some of activities werent used so no need to do that next year.
- Bonfire update- great event
- Winter Wonderland Update – joining the Chamber, Senior Committee, and Arts. Call this Wednesday for this event.
- Harvest Fest and Pet Parade- October 24th, Bay Ave. Pet Parade will be hosting. Tricks and Treats- all inclusive for animals. Angela Whitre with Cupboard and Cauldron, Arts helping out. 5 categories need 5 judges. Dana will reach out to Vet’s to help. May ask for a $10 or $20 donation fee to help; need help to register. Time TBD.

- Starts December and goes until March- Runs 1st to 8th grade
- Doug secured sponsors last time, we will need to do that again.
- $80 for one family member, $125 for 2, $145 for 3 or more family members. First Responders no charges.
