      1. Buzz in the town has been great. Everywhere he goes people are recognizing the great events we have held.
  1. Pleasure Park Update- 2 bids secured; GameTime and Burke. Burke structure was better but more expensive. We selected GameTime but looking for more improvements

    1. Spring Basketball                                         Open
      1. Pat Cavanaugh willing to run the league. Sean H is willing to support as well.
      2. Group set up to start with the adult league; 6 weeks in length starting April 26- June 7. Cost $50.1 ref per game paid $30.00/game. $250 sponsorship for shirts. Need to buy a scoreboard.

      1. Exploring the idea of another kids derby in early spring in Lake Louise
      2. Berkeley Striper Club has offered volunteers

      1. High school idea has 2 students for us. Kelly will work with getting them set up
      2. Feedback from Playground question
      3. Emily and Riley were on calls 2 weeks ago

    4. Summer Camp
      1. Need to vote on dates: July 12th to August 21, Counselor training week of July 5-10th, 2021 – run Tuesday to Friday or Saturday. 18 years and older
      2. Need approval to post the following jobs

  2. Assistant Director- 2145.00
  3. Senior Counselor (5) job earns- $1815.00
  4. Camp Counselor (8-10) job earns- $1650.00

      1. Skateboard lessons- still searching for instructors. Boro instructor isn’t available
      2. Boro charges approx $100 for 7 weeks; they capped their lessons at 12
      3. Instructor will need to pass background check
      4. Ask Tom Toohey to share to the Skate park page
      5. Check on Brick skatepark for instructors too
    8. Winter Wonderland-
      1. No updates
    9. Pickleball- Cecilia Alsburg, Mary Sakin, Matt Luongo
      1. 2 new sets; pickleball sets at Antrim(they have been borrowed)
      2. Committee met
      3. Jason Ackerman – from Boro- meeting with him Saturday. Goal will be to run a lesson/tutorial. Currently competing in National’s for Pickleball (April 15th)
      4. Deciding on league or tournament
      5. Confirm how the lights can stay on for and get them inspected by DPW
    10. Summer Soccer Camp
      1. Will be hosted July 12-16; 9am-4pm $250 for half day, $475 for full day. Rec will keep. We need to set up concessions at this event to fundraise
    11. Running Club- Dana Brereton
      1. Looking into community interest, possible locations and other towns who may be doing something similar for comparison.
    12. Tug of War- Add Laura and Matt
      1. Date set for October 9th

    2. Uke/Guitar on the Beach
      1. Set for 7/12/21-8/16/21 on Maryland Ave Beach
      2. Guitar event costs $120 for 6 weeks, Uke event costs $120. $150 if you need  to buy a Ukelele
      3. Rec will process money and pay vendor, will keep $10/participant

      1. April 5th will be presentation

    5. Starry Night event- Date TBD – Fallon S. Update – theme around wish
      1. Done at the Bandshell in Silver Lake
      2. Gondola rowers; businesses decorate the canoes
      3. Floating lanterns in the water
      4. Businesses can set up tables and be paired with artists
      5. Would be another joint event; utilizing all committees
