        1. The permit is in the for 2nd Summer Skate
        2. New process for all event leads to make a list of what was done to organize the event
        3. The long sleeve shirts are in
        4. Volunteers will get the mis-printed shirts
        5. Keys for the shed were handed out
        6. New tent top to be ordered.
      2. Event/Other Recap
        1. Kids Concert:  200 people attended.  Made a profit from snack sales
        2. Brittles was a big success with 300 people attending
        3. Summer Camp – New Director has made camp more organized.
        4. Ukulele  – 25 people have registered

        1. Caught up with most of the receipts. – All should send receipts to Rob
        2. Our biggest expense is summer camp.  Many supplies were needed.
        3. We made a profit from football – $1400

        1. New fence is being put up around Pleasure Park
        2. Meet with a company to resurface the center basketball courts and add a pickle ball court behind the tennis courts.
        3. We will also resurface the bocce courts with turf.
        4. We prob will not get to a new rec building this year.
        5. Would like to work with the Ars Commit to re-do the Band Shell.  Looking into adding a retractable movie screen and adding in a sound system.  Add more benches.  Adding cameras to keep the band shell secure.
        6. Mike Ramos and the Supervisor of Schools wants to discuss the referendum.  Doug will find out how much time is needed.

              1. Route will be from Jenks to Martells.  Once we know how many registered, we will determine how many volunteers are needed.

              4. T Shirts and Sweatshirts are given to all that enter.  Some will be available for sale the day of the event.

      6. Succession Planning. Erica Susko will co-chair with Lauren and then take over at the end of Lauren’s term.
