- New process for all event leads to make a list of what was done to organize the event

- Kids Concert: 200 people attended. Made a profit from snack sales
- Brittles was a big success with 300 people attending
- Summer Camp – New Director has made camp more organized.
- Ukulele – 25 people have registered

- Our biggest expense is summer camp. Many supplies were needed.
- We made a profit from football – $1400

- New fence is being put up around Pleasure Park
- Meet with a company to resurface the center basketball courts and add a pickle ball court behind the tennis courts.
- We will also resurface the bocce courts with turf.
- We prob will not get to a new rec building this year.
- Would like to work with the Ars Commit to re-do the Band Shell. Looking into adding a retractable movie screen and adding in a sound system. Add more benches. Adding cameras to keep the band shell secure.
- Mike Ramos and the Supervisor of Schools wants to discuss the referendum. Doug will find out how much time is needed.

- Last year there were 50 kids and it sold out quickly.
- Ryan wants to make room for 75 children and a gift up to $150.
