      1. Open position updates- Secretary; need to fill those as we head into next year.
      2. Reflections for recruitment and year- Excited to announce 21 new potential members onto the committee, we will vote them in at the end
      3. Set up our agenda for the year, need to start filling sub committee leads asap so we can get started earlier.
      4. Excited to have Kieran take the role of “Welcoming Committee” for new members
    2. Correspondence – nothing new to report
    3. Treasurer- Scheduling time to get oriented by Kathy Beno

  1. Subcommittee reports –
    1. Spring Basketball                                         Open
      1. Pat Cavanaugh willing to run the league. Sean H is willing to support as well.
      2. Doug will get Ryan number
      3. Played Belmar, Avon, Spring Lake, Manasquan, and PP
    2. Bonfire                                               Open
      1. No updates
    3. Family Fishing Day Derby              Ryan Simunovich
      1. Exploring the idea of another kids derby in early spring
    4. Social Media                                     Kelly McGee
      1. Welcomed new members
      2. Asked about other events: tennis lessons/leagues. Adult BBall league, Kids classes, town scavenger hunt, wiffle ball, bike parades
      3. High school idea
    5. Summer Camp
      1. Michele provided feedback to start preparing for summer camp earlier
      2. We should solidify dates now, and also vote to do 6 weeks of camp, 1 week of training
      3. Last day of school is June 18th. We want to push the start date back as much as possible. Propose the week of July 12th to August 21, Counselor training week of July 6 – run Tuesday to Friday or Saturday
      4. Will need to post for two lead positions by March.
    6. Summertime Surf Camp                 Scot Crowley

    7. Easter Egg Hunt                              Katie DiCorcia
      1. Kait Greenburg introduced the Kiwanis Club
      2. 2021 idea is to partner with the Kiwanis and their event
      3. Easter Bunny, DJ, Photo Booth, Easter Egg Hunt
      4. Need to complete Special Application form- Saturday before Easter (need to check with the Little LEague Parade); Parade date needs to be checked by Doug

      1. Boro wrestling programs started with collaboration of a private gym

      1. Potentially working on Valentines Day for Vets program- selling goodie bags
      2. Bunny and a Craft- March 27

      1. Dock box delivered and donated by Garden State Marina. Ryan will send thank you
      2. Skateboard lesson RFP still pending
    13. Winter Wonderland-
      1. No updates
    14. Pickleball-
      1. 2 new sets; pickleball sets at Antrim(they have been borrowed)
    15. Summer Soccer Camp
      1. PP Soccer club has approved the event
    16. Tug of War
      1. No updates
  2. New business –
    1. Mayor really wants to do an adult sports league
      1. Kait Greenburg would like to help with any adult league
    2. Kayak regatta or something in the local lake
    3. Golf outing
