There are 28 teams signed up.  Will begin set up on Friday night.  Check in at 11:00

Aiming for 32 teams with double elimination.

Ryan Simunovich and Kelly McGee will handle registration.

3G Golf provided gift certificates.  UFC Belt was corrected and sent.

Confirmed with the beach.  Ordered bracelets. Katie DiCorcia will be making cookies.  We have pizza donations coming.  We will be giving out tixs for pizza.

Joe Sieckel got pallets for us to use in the fire.

DPW will do the clean up.

There will be a 50/50 and a donation bucket.

Additional bathrooms were ordered.

Set up is 12:00.  Event starts at 6:30.

Sold out. 50 kids registered.  They will teach the kids how to remove hooks.

It will go from  8:30-12:30   Prizes will be given out at 11:30.

“Sharper Club” is providing volunteers.

We are setting up teams.

We need a captain for the PPB team.

Looking to get gyms  and large companies to sponsor teams or set up a team.

We need help with social media.

Laura Kurmin is getting us volunteers, she will be asking students again.

There will be an after party at the Boatyard.

Joe Sieckel is trying to get a marching band.

Doug Vitale will check to see if we can use the Robo-Call.

We will set up a registration table at the bonfire.

Would like to add a collection for animal donations.

  • Donation restructuring.  Bill Schule suggested that instead of getting sponsors for each event individually, instead we should have one large sponsor drive at the start of each season.   Go to each business with a list of events and different sponsor levels.  For example; Sponsor 5 events as a Gold Sponsor for $X.   3 Events as a silver sponsor for $x. etc
