Borough of Point Pleasant Beach June 16, 2021 PB Regular Meeting minutes
The June 16, 2021 meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Planning Board opened at 7:00 pm. The Clerk read the notice of compliance with the “Open Public Meetings Act. Present were Board members: Chairman Ritchings, Vice chair Paesano, Mr. Calderone, Mr. Cavagnaro and Secretary Mills
Absent: Councilman Migut, Mr. Woolley, Mr. Bixby and Mayor Kanitra
Also, in attendance – John Mele, Board engineer and Dennis Galvin, Esq.
Motion by Mr. Cavagnaro, second by Mr. Calderone to memorialize the minutes of May 19, 2021
In favor: Ritchings, Kanitra, Calderone, Cavagnaro and Mills

ORDINANCE 2021 – 30
An ordinance of the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, Amending Chapter XIX, entitled “Development,” to create a new section “Seasonal Outdoor Dining”.
Motion by Vice Chair Paesano, second by Mr. Calderone to recommend and support Ordinance 2021-30.
