The January 12, 2021 meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Planning Board opened at 7:00 pm. The Clerk read the notice of compliance with the “Open Public Meetings Act. Present were Board members: Mr. Ritchings, Mr. Woolley, Mr. Bixby, Councilman Migut, Mayor Kanitra, Mr. Calderone, Mr. Cavagnaro and Ms. Mills

Motion by Mr. Cavagnaro, second by Chairman Ritchings to nominate Karen Mills as Board secretary and Clerk –
In favor: Bixby, Woolley, Cavagnaro, Kanitra, Ritchings, Migut, Calderone and Mills

Motion by Councilman Migut, second by Mr. Cavagnaro to nominate Mr. Ritchings as Chairman

Motion by Mr. Cavagnaro, second by Mayor Kanitra to nominate Glen Paesano and Courtney Bixby as co – Vice Chairman –

Motion by Ms. Mills second by Councilman Migut to designate the Asbury Park Press and the Ocean Star as the Boards official newspapers.

Motion by Ms. Mills, second by Mayor Kanitra to appoint Pete Ritchings as liaison and Glen Paesano as alternate liaison to the Open Space Committee.

John Jackson, attorney for applicant explained the delay of filing.
Motion by Vice chair Bixby, second by Chairman Ritchings to grant the extension for resolution #2017-400 of Brian Boyle/Bulldog Beach, LLC. 141 Boardwalk to file the sub-division maps.

Board Engineer John Mele reviewed proposed changes to development ordinance.
Discussed changes in reference to roof top decks.
