Borough of Point Pleasant Beach February 15, 2023 PB Regular Meeting minutes
The February 15, 2023 meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Planning Board opened at 7:00 pm. The Clerk read the notice of compliance with the “Open Public Meetings Act. Present were Board members: Chairman Ritchings, Mayor Kanitra, Mr. Bixby, Mr. Woolley, Councilman Ramos, Mr. Paesano, Mr. Calderone, Mr. Cavagnaro, Mr. Gant and Ms. Mills
Also, in attendance – Ray Savacool, Board Engineer and Bob Ulaky, Board attorney
Motion by Vice chair Paesano, second by Mr. Cavagnaro to Memorialize the minutes of January 18, 2023 –
In favor: Calderone, Woolley, Bixby, Kanitra, Ramos, Cavagnaro, Ritchings and Mills.
Opposed: None
Motion by Mr. Cavagnaro, second by Mr. Gant to authorize William White of Collier’s Engineering to complete resolution compliance for the Hawthorne Brewery application.
In favor: Calderone, Woolley, Bixby, Paesano, Kanitra, Ramos, Cavagnaro, Ritchings and Mills.
Opposed: None
Review, comment and vote
On a motion by Mr. Cavagnaro, and second by Vice chair Paesano the Board recommended passing ordinance 2023-02 with amendments.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF POINT PLEASANT BEACH, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AMENDING CHAPTER 19, ENTITLED “DEVELOPMENT”
In favor: Calderone, Woolley, Bixby, Paesano, Kanitra, Ramos, Cavagnaro, Gant and Mills
Opposed: None
Ray Savacool, Board Engineer will be forwarding the changes recommended by the Planning Board.
