Regular Meeting minutes– September 6, 2018
The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Cheasty, Corona and Curcio
Also present: Ray Bogan, Authority Attorney and Karen Mills, Clerk
Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Curcio to memorialize the minutes of the August 2, 2018 meeting
In favor: Cheasty, Curcio and Corona
Opposed – None
Attorney’s Comment – None
Engineer’s comments – Commented that he went to the Authority Parking lot located near Rudy’s and the trees due seem to be old and in need of removal.
Chairman’s Update – absent
Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Curcio to authorize Clean Cut Lawn Care to perform the extra clean up needed.

Authorization approved
Commissioner Curcio – stated there are some dangerous branches hanging over the Borden parking lot. He will check to see if they are ours.
On a motion by Commissioner Corona and a second by Commissioner Curcio – Authorization was given to Clerk Mills to approve the removal of said problem trees with a maximum of $2,000 for service.
