Regular Meeting minutes– September 1, 2016
The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Bonsper, Curcio, Corona, Cheasty
Absent – Commissioner Lubin
Also present: Ray Bogan, Ray Savacool and Karen Mills, Clerk
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Corona to memorialize the minutes of the August 4, 2016 meeting
In favor: Corona, Cheasty and Curcio
Opposed – None
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Cheasty to adopt the 2015 and 2016 budget Adoption of 2015 Budget
In favor: Bonsper, Corona, Cheasty and Curcio
Opposed – None
Professional Contracts to be approved for 2016 -2017 per prior approved RFP
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Cheasty to approve the Professional contracts for Attorney, Engineer and Clerk for the 2016 – 2017 time period.
In favor: Bonsper, Corona, Cheasty and Curcio
Opposed – None
Attorney’s Comments – Commented on the contracts
Borough Engineer Comments – Snow plowing contract and Parking lot Maintenance contracts due for renewal. Will send out letters.
Chairman’s Update – River Nursery Estimate for extra work needed in lots –
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Corona to authorize River Nursery to complete extra maintenance.

Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Curcio to approve payment of the following vouchers
