                                              Regular Meeting minutes– October 3, 2019

The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record

Present:  Lubin, Bonsper, Corona and Curcio

Absent:  Cheasty

Also, present: Ray Bogan and Karen Mills, Clerk

The Authority reviewed the 2018 -2019 Audit

 Motion by Commissioner Curcio and second by commissioner Corona to adopt the audit

In favor: Lubin, Bonsper, Corona and Curcio

Opposed:  None

Audit adopted

Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Curcio to memorialize the minutes of the September 5, 2019 meeting

In favor:  Bonsper, Corona and Curcio

Opposed – None

Attorney’s Comment – None

Engineer’s comments –   Clerk spoke with Ray Savacool and the Borden’s lot received no damage.

Chairman’s Update – Festival and new setup was a success. People really seemed to enjoy it.

Councilman Cortes – Absent

Motion by Commissioner Cheasty, second by Commissioner Curcio to approve payment of the following vouchers
