Regular Meeting – October 2, 2014
The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Cheasty, Bonsper and Corona
Absent: Commissioner Bassinder, Commissioner Caruso, Ray Savacool and Chairman Bonsper
Also present: Ray Bogan, Esq., Ray Savacool and Karen Mills, Clerk
Motion by Commissioner Caruso, second by Commissioner Cheasty to memorialize the September 6, 2014 minutes
In favor: Cheasty, Bonsper and Corona
Opposed: None
Motion by Commissioner Cheasty, second by Commissioner Corona to approve resolution in reference to Borough website
In favor: Cheasty, Bonsper and Corona
Opposed: None
Chairman Update: Maryann Coulters bench – Sister is requesting that the Authority pay to have it replaced. The Authority did graciously buy Maryann a bench – but it is the families’ responsibility to maintain the bench. Chairman Bonsper will contact the sister.
River Nursery – Discussed additional pruning and maintenance that needs to be done
Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Cheasty to approve the following vouchers for payment
