Regular Meeting – November 6, 2014
The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Cheasty, Caruso, Bonsper and Corona
Absent: Commissioner Bassinder
Also present: Ray Bogan, Esq., Ray Savacool and Karen Mills, Clerk
Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Cheasty to memorialize the October 2, 2014 minutes
In favor: Cheasty, Bonsper and Corona
Opposed: None
Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Cheasty to approve the 2015 Parking Authority meeting dates to be published in the Ocean Star.

Engineering Comments – None
Chairman Update: Spoke with Maryann Coulters sister and will give her the name of the man that repairs the benches. Commissioner Cheasty knows him and gave the Chairman his information. Owen 732-223-4636
Also spoke with River Nursery about the large tree in Borden’s lot. George Miskis will look into it look into it.
Attorney comments – Will be sending June Monticello a certified letter to collect the rent that is due. It has become a substantial amount.
Motion by Commissioner Caruso, second by Commissioner Corona to direct the attorney to send a collection letter for rent due to June Monticello.

Motion by Commissioner Corona to adopt the 2014 – 2015 Budget, second by Commissioner Cheasty.
