POINT PLEASANT BEACH
PARKING AUTHORITY
November 3, 2022
The regular meeting of the Parking Authority opened with the reading of the Open Public meetings act.
In attendance were Commissioner Bonsper, Lubin, Corona and Curcio.
Absent: Migut and Driber
Also, in attendance: Karen Mills and Ray Bogan
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Lubin to memorialize the minutes of October 3, 2022 meeting
In favor: Curcio, Lubin, Corona and Bonsper
Opposed: None
Chairman / Attorney – Lengthy discussion on the snow plow contracts and concern that the RFP’s need to go out.
Motion by Commissioner Lubin, second by Commissioner Corona to Authorize Ray Savacool to go out to bid for the snow plow and sidewalk contract. Maintenance contracts will also need to be reviewed.
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Corona to approve the following invoices for payment
