Regular Meeting minutes– November 3, 2016
The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Bonsper, Lubin, Curcio, Corona and Cheasty
Also present: Ray Bogan, Ray Savacool and Karen Mills, Clerk
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Corona to memorialize the minutes of the October 6, 2016 meeting
In favor: Bonsper, Corona, Cheasty and Curcio
Opposed – None
Attorney’s Comments – Commented on maintenance and snow ploughing contracts if authority dissolved. Language will be added to contracts.
Borough Engineer Comments – Bid letters sent out
Chairman’s Update – Commented on the additional maintenance being performed on the lots.
Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Curcio to approve payment of the following vouchers
