The regular meeting of the Parking Authority opened with the reading of the Open Public meetings act.
In attendance were Commissioner Corona, Cheasty, Lubin and Curcio.
Absent: Bonsper and Councilman Migut
Also, in attendance: Ray Bogan, Esq., Ray Savacool, Engineer and Karen Mills, Clerk
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Corona to memorialize the minutes of April 1, 2021 meeting
In favor: Curcio, Corona, Lubin and Cheasty
Opposed: None
Chairman Comments – Light pole has been ordered for Valentine lot
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Lubin to authorize Ray Savacool to order the light pole for the Valentine lot.
In favor: Lubin, Curcio, Cheasty and Corona

Ray Savacool – Absent
Ray Bogan – Spoke with Darryl Monticello about light pole on authority property. He would like it removed. Darryl views it as a sidewalk. Ray Bogan explained the safety issue. He informed Darryl he would discuss the issue with the Authority.
Motion by Commissioner Lubin, second by Commissioner Curcio to approve the following vouchers for payment.
