The regular meeting of the Parking Authority opened with the reading of the Open Public meetings act.
In attendance were Commissioner Bonsper, Lubin, Corona and Curcio.
Absent: Driber and Savacool
Also, in attendance: Karen Mills, Clerk and Ray Bogan
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Lubin to memorialize the minutes of April 7, 2022 meeting
In favor: Curcio, Lubin, Corona and Bonsper
Opposed: None

Ray Savacool – Absent
Chairman – Discussed the Borden sign. The members of the Authority think it looks good. Will also order checks.
Motion by Commissioner Lubin, second by Commissioner Curcio to approve the following vouchers for payment.
