Regular Meeting – May 5, 2016
The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Bonsper, Curcio, Corona and Lubin
Absent: Cheasty
Also present: Ray Bogan and Karen Mills, Clerk
Motion by Commissioner Lubin, second by Commissioner Corona to memorialize the minutes of the April 6, 2016 meeting
In favor: Lubin, Corona, Bonsper and Curcio
Chairman Update – Discussed upcoming Boat race and festivities. Directed the secretary to call Bay Head Sprinkler and have the irrigation system started. Split rail fence at Borden’s lot needs to be fixed. Commissioner Bonsper will talk to George Miskis about repairing it.
Engineering Comments – Absent
Attorney comments – Will follow up with attorney in regards to the property sale of 522
Bay Avenue
Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Lubin to approve payment of the following vouchers
