BOROUGH OF POINT PLEASANT BEACH
Regular Meeting – March 6, 2014
The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Caruso, Bonsper and Cheasty
Absent: Commissioner Corona and Bassinder
Also present: Ray Savacool, Ray Bogan and Karen Mills, Clerk

Motion by Commissioner Caruso, second by Chairman Bonsper to memorialize the February 6, 2014 minutes, second by Commissioner Bonsper
In favor: Caruso and Bonsper
Opposed: None

Ray Bogan – Commented that it would be a good idea to update the bylaws in reference to telephonic participation.
The Board has directed Ray Bogan to update the bylaws

Ray Savacool – Lights are working behind the Valentine House except the one near Cramer.

Motion by Commissioner Cheasty, second by Commissioner Caruso to approve the following vouchers for payment
