The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Cheasty (via phone), Corona, and Bonsper
Absent: Commissioner Bassinder, Caruso and Savacool

Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Cheasty to memorialize the January 8, 2015 minutes

Attorney comments – No response from June Monticello, discussed options to follow up
Motion by Commissioner Cheasty to approve payment of the following vouchers, second by Commissioner Corona.
