Chairman Comments – Discussion about plowing the lots and the requirements in the contract.  Commissioner Curcio stated that you only get paid once for a three-inch snow storm. Commissioner Bonsper stated that he will talk to Lenny about the snow charges to see if he can reduce the invoices. The Chairman stated that Clean Cut did receive his prior approval.

Clerk – stated that she reached out to the Mayor about not charging for parking in the rail road lot during the off season. The Mayor agreed that it was a good idea. It will be addressed at the Council meeting.

Ray Savacool – Commented that maybe he could have a discussion about future charges. Contacted Good Friend electric again and has not heard back yet.

Ray Bogan – Stated that he reviewed the invoices and reviewed the contract. Believes that Clean Cut knew that they had made a mistake because they made a lengthy narrative on why they did what they did. They need to get approval from either Paul or Mike prior to salting and plowing. Sometimes the snow melts in two hours. Referenced paragraph 5  in contract which comments when we have insufficient funds.

Commissioner Curcio – Next contract the Authority should talk to John Trout to see if they can salt prior to the storms.  Clean Cut is going to be a majority of our $50,000 budget (40K).  Talked to Marty Davies about clarifying that is our tree in the Borden’s lot and grinding the stumps for safety. Marty agreed to remove the tree and grind the stumps. Also, John Trout is going to make and install the “No skateboarding signs”. He said some Mom is bringing her young children to skateboard in the parking lot and it is very dangerous.
