The regular meeting of the Parking Authority opened at 6pm with the reading of the Open Public meetings act.
In attendance were Commissioner Bonsper, Driber and Curcio.
Also, in attendance: Karen Mills, Raymond D, Bogan and Ray Savacool
Absent: Lubin and Corona
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Driber to memorialize the minutes of February 2, 2023 meeting
In favor: Curcio, Corona and Bonsper
Opposed: None
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Driber to withdraw snow plow contract to Peck’s Landscaping
In favor: Driber, Curcio and Bonsper
Opposed: None
Contract withdrawn. Will visit the RFP for snow at the end of 2023 summer
Chairman / Attorney/Engineer – discussion on the virtual ATM RFP and Landscaping RFP
Motion by Commissioner Driber, second by Commissioner Curcio to Authorize Ray Savacool to publish RFP’s for ITM and Landscaper contracts

Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Driber to approve the following invoices for payment
