Regular Meeting minutes– March 1, 2018
The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Bonsper, Corona and Lubin
Absent: Cheasty and Curcio
Also present: Ray Bogan, Authority Attorney, Ray Savacool Authority Engineer and Karen Mills, Clerk
Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Lubin to memorialize the minutes of the January 11, 2017 meeting
In favor: Bonsper, Lubin and Corona
Opposed – None
Attorney’s Comment – No comments
Engineer’s comments – Concerned with the Bay/Laurel and Little League lots. Funding is low but want to get them done before Summer.
Chairman’s Update – The authority is officially out of reserve funding. Will reach out to the administrator for emergency funding until the budget is passed. Will look into the re striping of Rudy’s lot.
Councilman Cortes – Updated the authority that they were listed to receive $55,000 and that the Borough was going to repave the train lot.
Motion by Commissioner Lubin, second by Commissioner Corona to approve payment of the following vouchers
