Also present: Raymond O. Bogan, Attorney, Raymond Savacool, Authority Engineer and Karen Mills,

Motion by Corona, second by Cheasty to memorialize the minutes of Apr1/201.3

Engineer’s Comments – Referenced the Clayton Planning Board application requesting to add a
building.
Correspondence – Former’s Market – Kim Dietz – Sundays in Borden’s lot from 10am until 2pm
Motion by Commissioner Cheasty to approve the farmer’s market, second by Commissioner Corona

New Business – Auditor RFP –
Motion by Commissioner Corona to except the RFP /rom Supplee and Clooney as Auditor for the April
2013 through April of 201.4
