BOROUGH OF POINT PLEASANT BEACH
Regular Meeting – June 5, 2014

May 2014 meeting was cancelled
The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Cheasty, Caruso, Bonsper and Corona
Absent: Commissioner Bassinder
Also present: Ray Savacool, Ray Bogan and Karen Mills, Clerk

Motion by Commissioner Caruso, second by Chairman Bonsper to memorialize the April 3, 2014 minutes, second by Commissioner Bonsper
In favor: Caruso and Bonsper
Opposed: None
Motion by Commissioner Caruso, second by Commissioner Corona to authorize Karen Mills to submit payroll tax payments by way of electronic checks not to exceed $500.
In favor: Cheasty, Caruso, Bonsper and Corona
Opposed: None
Ray Bogan – Changed the by-laws to include phone participation in Section I; Article 3. Corrected the meeting time. Primary purpose of the change is the telephonic communication.
Commissioner Corona made a motion to direct Raymond D. Bogan to do the resolution to approve the by-law changes, second by Commissioner Cheasty
In favor: Cheasty, Caruso, Bonsper and Corona
Opposed: None
Approved
Ray Savacool – Laurel Avenue Parking lot was repaired by the county.
