The regular meeting of the Parking Authority opened with the reading of the Open Public meetings act. In attendance was Commissioner Corona, Bonsper Cheasty and Curcio.

Also, in attendance:  Ray Bogan, Esq., Ray Savacool, Engineer and Karen Mills, Clerk

Commissioner Lubin and Councilman Migut were absent

Chairman Bonsper gave an update on the current predicament and how it is affecting the downtown.

Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Corona to approve the following vouchers for payment.
