POINT PLEASANT BEACH
PARKING AUTHORITY
June 2, 2022
The regular meeting of the Parking Authority opened with the reading of the Open Public meetings act.
In attendance were Commissioner Bonsper, Driber, Lubin, Corona and Curcio.
Absent: Migut
Also, in attendance: Karen Mills, Clerk, Ray Savacool and Ray Bogan
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Lubin to memorialize the minutes of May 5, 2022 meeting
In favor: Curcio, Lubin, Corona and Bonsper
Opposed: None
Ocean First Bank gave their presentation for having a virtual teller machine in the Borden’s lot. Ray Savacool had questions as far as access and not blocking lanes which would inhibit the flow of traffic in the lot. A location was agreed upon. Ray Bogan, Esg. Will follow up as far as contracts and financial arrangement. The authority will need further information before making a determination.
Chairman – Discussed the condition of the foliage in Borden’s lot. Tom Curcio and Dennis Driber offered to meet with Mark O’Connor to get some suggestions and prices.
Motion by Commissioner Lubin, second by Commissioner Curcio to approve the following vouchers for payment.
