Regular Meeting minutes– June 2 2016
The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Bonsper, Curcio, Corona, Cheasty and Lubin
Also present: Ray Bogan, Ray Savacool, Karen Mills, Clerk and Councilman Bob Santanello
Motion by Commissioner Lubin, second by Commissioner Corona to memorialize the minutes of the May 5, 2016 meeting
In favor: Lubin, Corona, Bonsper and Curcio
Attorney comments – Property sale of 522 Bay Avenue is complete and we have received our check for the rental agreement
Chairman Update – The Boat races and festivities were a success and a nice welcome addition to the summer kick off. Looking forward to the coming years
Councilman Santanello has been appointed liaison to the Authority and commented that he is here to observe/learn and see how he can assist the Authority.
Engineering Comments – None
Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Lubin to approve payment of the following vouchers
