REGULAR MEETING
POINT PLEASANT BEACH
PARKING AUTHORITY
January 6, 2022
The regular meeting of the Parking Authority opened with the reading of the Open Public meetings act.
In attendance were Commissioner Bonsper, Lubin and Curcio.
Also, in attendance: Ray Savacool, Esq., Karen Mills, Clerk and Ray Bogan
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Lubin to memorialize the minutes of December 16, 2021 meeting
In favor: Curcio, Lubin and Bonsper
Opposed: None
Ray Savacool – Stated contracts for snow are good through 2022.
Ray Bogan, Attorney – Mentioned it was time to mail invoice to Bam Bam Burger for the rental agreement.
Commissioner Curcio – Suggested Paul speak with JT about salting the parking lots. Also mentioned that Joel Coopers home is for sale and that the property would make a good addition to the existing parking lot.
Chairman – Commented that the bushes should be removed by the first aid and possibly replaced with stone. Will talk to Lenny about it. He will also speak to JT about salting. He will also reach out to Christine about the purchase of Joel Cooper’s house.
Motion by Commissioner Lubin, second by Commissioner Curcio to approve the following vouchers for payment.
