January 5, 2023
The regular meeting of the Parking Authority opened with the reading of the Open Public meetings act.
In attendance were Commissioner Bonsper, Lubin, Corona and Curcio.
Absent: Migut and Driber
Also, in attendance: Karen Mills, Ray Bogan and Ray Savacool
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Lubin to memorialize the minutes of December 1, 2022 meeting
In favor: Curcio, Lubin, Corona and Bonsper
Opposed: None
Chairman / Attorney – discussion on the virtual ATM RFP and Landscaping RFP
Motion by Commissioner Lubin, second by Commissioner Corona to Authorize Ray Savacool to go out to bid for the Landscaping contract with updates and issue an updated RFP for Snow contract with the required changes
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Corona to approve the following invoices for payment
