Regular Meeting minutes– February 7, 2019
The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Lubin, Bonsper and Corona
Absent: Cheasty
Also present: Ray Bogan, Attorney, Ray Savacool Engineer and Karen Mills, Clerk
Motion by Commissioner Lubin, second by Commissioner Corona to memorialize the minutes of the January 3, 2018 meeting
In favor: Lubin, Bonsper and Corona
Opposed – None
Motion by Commissioner Lubin, second by Commissioner Corona to approve to Audit Contract with Supplee and Clooney for $3,000.
In favor: Lubin, Corona and Bonsper

Attorney’s Comment – None
Engineer’s comments – Ray gave his estimate for restriping the Valentine lot (3K to 5K) and due to limited funds the Authority will put that on hold for now.
Chairman’s Update – Light replacement is completed in the Valentine and Borden Lot.
Councilman Cortes – Updated the Authority on the old meters. They do not have domes. Probably sell them for scrap metal. Informed the Authority about the Verizon wire hanging down by the Valentine House. The clerk will call to have it repaired.
