POINT PLEASANT BEACH
PARKING AUTHORITY
February 3, 2022
The regular meeting of the Parking Authority opened with the reading of the Open Public meetings act.
In attendance were Commissioner Bonsper, Lubin, Driber and Curcio.
Also, in attendance: Ray Savacool, Esq., Karen Mills, Clerk and Ray Bogan
The Authority welcomed Commissioner Driber
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Lubin to memorialize the minutes of January 6, 2021 meeting
In favor: Curcio, Lubin, Corona and Bonsper
Opposed: None
Ray Savacool –
Chairman – Agreed after review that invoices seem excessive and should be addressed. Believes the contract is not being interpreted correctly.
Ray Bogan, Attorney – Reviewed and commented on snow plowing invoices. Will be arranging a meeting with Clean Cut Lawn Care in his office to discuss.
Commissioner Curcio – Also agreed that invoices should be reviewed.
Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Curcio to authorize Ray Bogan to meet and discuss the snow clean up invoices with Clean Cut Lawn Care.
In favor: Lubin, Curcio, Dreiber, Corona and Bonsper
Opposed: None
Motion by Commissioner Lubin, second by Commissioner Curcio to approve the following vouchers for payment.
