PARKING AUTHORITY
February 2, 2023
The regular meeting of the Parking Authority opened with the reading of the Open Public meetings act.
In attendance were Commissioner Bonsper, Lubin, Driber, Corona and Curcio.
Also, in attendance: Karen Mills, Ray Bogan. Councilman Migut and Ray Savacool
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Lubin to memorialize the minutes of January 5, 2022 meeting
In favor: Curcio, Lubin, Corona and Bonsper
Opposed: None
Chairman / Attorney – discussion on the virtual ATM RFP and Landscaping RFP
Motion by Commissioner Lubin, second by Commissioner Corona to Authorize Ray Savacool to reach out to Christine for the information to bid for the virtual teller.
Discussion took place on the changes to the snow and landscaping contract and if it would require another RFP.
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Driber to authorize Ray Savacool to make the changes to the snow contract.
In favor: Curcio, Lubin, Driber, Corona and Bonsper
Opposed: None
Ray Savacool is also going to talk to Christine Riehl about the towns landscaping contract and what it included.
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Corona to approve the following invoices for payment. Holding check #1408 until the attorney has a chance to clarify some items with the auditor.
