The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Lubin, Bonsper, Corona and Curcio
Absent: Cheasty
Also present: Ray Bogan, Attorney and Karen Mills, Clerk
Motion by Commissioner Lubin, second by Commissioner Curcio to memorialize the minutes of the October 11, 2018 meeting

Engineer’s comments – Absent
Chairman’s Update – Inquired about the update for the lights being replaced in the Valentine/Bordens lot. Clerk Mills informed them that Robert Lambusta Electrical Contracting was going to have it completed soon.
Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Curcio to approve the 2019 meeting dates to be published.
