Regular Meeting – December 5, 2013
The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Caruso, Bassinder, Bonsper and Corona
Absent: Commissioner Cheasty. Ray Bogan and Ray Savacool
Also present: Dennis Cantoli and Karen Mills, Clerk
Motion by Commissioner Corona to memorialize the October 3, 2013 minutes, second by Commissioner Caruso
In favor: Corona and Caruso
Opposed: None
Motion by Commissioner Bassinder to memorialize the November 7, 2013 minutes, second by Commissioner Caruso
In favor: Bassinder, Caruso and Bonsper
Opposed: None
Attorney Comments – Same contracts that were utilized last year with the exception that they are now 3 year contracts.
Engineer’s Comments – River nursery was low bid on lawn and parking lot maintenance. Clean Cut was the only bid for sidewalks and parking lot snow removal.
Chairman comments – Reviewed snow and salting procedures. Clean Cut to call Chairman Bonsper prior to salting and snow removal.

Motion by Commissioner Corona to award the landscaping contract to River Nursery, second by Commissioner Caruso

Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Caruso to award the Snowplowing and sidewalk contract to Clean Cut Lawn Service
In favor: Bassinder, Caruso, Corona and Bonsper

Motion by Commissioner Caruso to adopt the 2013 – 2014 Parking Authority Budget
In favor: Bassinder, Caruso, Bonsper and Corona

Motion by Commissioner Bassinder, second by Commissioner Caruso to approve the following vouchers for payments
