The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Cheasty (via phone), Caruso, and Bonsper
Absent: Commissioner Bassinder and Corona
Also present: Ray Bogan, Esq., Ray Savacool and Karen Mills, Clerk
Motion by Commissioner Caruso, second by Commissioner Cheasty to memorialize the November 6, 2014 minutes

Attorney comments – No response from June Monticello, discussed options to follow up
Motion by Commissioner Cheasty to approve payment of the following vouchers, second by Commissioner Caruso.
