December 1, 2022
The regular meeting of the Parking Authority opened with the reading of the Open Public meetings act.
In attendance were Commissioner Bonsper, Lubin, Corona and Curcio.
Absent: Migut and Driber
Also, in attendance: Karen Mills and Ray Bogan
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Lubin to memorialize the minutes of November 3, 2022 meeting
In favor: Curcio, Lubin, Corona and Bonsper
Opposed: None
Chairman / Attorney – discussion on the virtual ATM RFP and Landscaping RFP
Motion by Commissioner Lubin, second by Commissioner Corona to Authorize Ray Savacool to go out to bid for the Landscaping contract.
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Corona to approve the following invoices for payment
In favor: Lubin, Bonsper, Corona and Curcio
Opposed: None
Approval of 2023 meeting dates
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Corona to approve the meeting dates for 2023.

12/23/2022 10am – Emergency meeting
Chairman Bonsper called an emergency meeting to address the snow plow contract. Changes needed to be made and voted on so we could go out to bid again.
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Corona to authorize Ray Savacool to make necessary changes and to go out to bid.
