THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE
BOROUGH OF POINT PLEASANT BEACH
Regular Meeting – August 7, 2014

The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Cheasty, Caruso and Corona
Absent: Commissioner Bassinder, Ray Savacool and Chairman Bonsper
Also present: Ray Bogan, Esq. and Karen Mills, Clerk

Motion by Commissioner Caruso, second by Commissioner Cheasty to memorialize the June 5, 2014 minutes
In favor: Cheasty, Caruso and Corona
Opposed: None

Ray Bogan – Changed the by-laws to include phone participation in Section I; Article 3. Corrected the meeting time. Primary purpose of the change is the telephonic communication.
Commission reviewed resolution and secretary will publish the notice. Final vote will be on September 4, 2014
Motion by Commissioner Cheasty, second by Commissioner Corona to approve the resolution and to publish the notice for final adoption on September 4, 2014.
