The regular meeting of the Parking Authority opened with the reading of the Open Public meetings act.

 In attendance were Commissioner Corona, Bonsper, Lubin, Cheasty and Curcio.

Also, in attendance:  Ray Bogan, Esq., Ray Savacool, Engineer and Karen Mills, Clerk

 

Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Corona to memorialize the minutes of June 3, 2021 meeting

In favor:  Curcio, Corona, Lubin and Bonsper

Opposed:  None

Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Lubin to introduce the May 2021 through April 2022 Budget

In favor: Corona, Bonsper, Lubin, Cheasty and Curcio.

Opposed:  None

Budget introduced

Councilman Migut – discussed hanging A vinyl banner at railroad parking lot to let everyone know that parking will be free off season in the lot.  Hopefully this will bring more foot traffic to town. It was decided to be 3 feet by 10 feet in size.

Motion by Commissioner Cheasty to purchase banner not to exceed $500, second by Commissioner Corona.

In favor: Lubin, Curcio, Corona, Cheasty and Bonsper

Opposed:  None

 

Chairman Comments –   Announced that John Cheasty has submitted his letter of resignation. He will be re-locating to Florida.

Ray Savacool – Light pole has been delivered. Ray will follow up on installation.  Suggested to order bollards for protection.

 

Ray Bogan – Will mail Darryl Monticello an invoice for easement agreement and his services.

Commissioner Curcio –

 

Motion by Commissioner Lubin, second by Commissioner Curcio to approve the following vouchers for payment.

In favor:  Lubin, Curcio, Corona, Cheasty and Bonsper

Opposed:  None
