Regular Meeting minutes– August 2, 2017
The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Cheasty, Bonsper, Lubin, Curcio and Corona
Also present: Ray Bogan, Authority Attorney and Karen Mills, Clerk and Councilman Cortes
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Corona to memorialize the minutes of the June 1, 2017 meeting
In favor: Bonsper, Lubin, Corona and Curcio
Opposed – None
Motion by Commissioner Corona to adopt the 2016 – 2017 Audit, second by Commissioner Curcio
In favor – Lubin, Cheasty, Bonsper, Corona and Curcio
Opposed: None
Attorney’s Comment – River Market will be sending a check to get them up to date.
Chairman’s Update – We are back in business. The Administrator will be giving us the $10,000 that was in the budget to dissolve the Authority. Will look into the Cramer and Valentine lots to get them in shape.
Councilman Cortes – Announced that he will now be our liaison and is looking at ways to save money. The Correction facility can give us their workers twice a year for clean up at no cost.
Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Curcio to approve payment of the following vouchers
