The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Cheasty, Bonsper and Curcio
Absent: Corona and Lubin
Also, present: Ray Bogan, Ray Savacool and Karen Mills, Clerk
Motion by Commissioner Cheasty, second by Commissioner Bonsper to memorialize the minutes of the June 6, 2019 meeting
In favor: Cheasty and Bonsper
Opposed – None
Received estimate of $2280 from RT Davies to trim the trees in the valentine and Borden’s parking lots.
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Cheasty to approve the estimate

Chairman’s Update – Discussed getting Certificate of Liability from the Chamber for Borden’s parking lot since all food vendors and entertainment will now setup there.
