Regular Meeting – August 1, 2013
The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
PRESENT: Commissioners Corona, Chairman Bonsper and Caruso
Absent: Bassinder and Ray Savacool, Engineer
Also present: Raymond D. Bogan, Attorney and Karen Mills, Clerk
Motion by Corona, second by Cheasty to memorialize the minutes of June 2013
In favor: Cheasty, Caruso, Bonsper and Corona
Opposed: None
Attorney Comments – Ray Bogan stated that he believes it is time to research who owns the Building on Bay Avenue and to now collect the rental money due the Authority.
Motion by Commissioner Caruso, second by Commissioner Corona to authorize the Authority attorney to research 10th Avenue Burrito to see if they have purchased the building from June Monticello and to attempt to collect the rent due the Authority.
Engineer’s Comments – None, Engineer Absent
Chairman comments – Will check the lights in the parking lots to see what needs to be replaced. Has
Commissioner Cheasty arrived at meeting.
