Ray Bogan – The language in the next contract will be clearer. Ray Bogan explained the advantage of having a Parking Authority.

Ray Savacool – The contract is up. The Authority will be going out to bid for 2023. Ray explained that the landscaping contract was paired down due to lack of funds.

Chairman – Agreed with issues discussed. Commented that due to reduced budget it all depends what they can upgrade due to how much is spent on snow plowing.  He also commented that he has been having to call Clean Cut to keep up their maintenance obligations. Stated that the budget was $110,000 years ago.

Commissioner Curcio – Explained that last year out of our $50,000 budget that $40,000 was spent on plowing due to numerous snow storms. The maintenance contract is basically mowing and weeding. Commented that Public Works does a wonderful job, but their priority are the streets, prior to the parking lots.
