Regular Meeting – April 7, 2016
The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Bonsper, Curcio, Corona and Lubin
Also present: Ray Bogan, Esq. Ray Savacool and Karen Mills, Clerk
Motion by Commissioner Lubin, second by Commissioner Corona to memorialize the minutes of the March 3, 2016 meeting
In favor: Lubin, Corona, Bonsper and Curcio
Chairman:
Engineering Comments – Will talk to Christine Riehl, Administrator about the condition of the Railroad parking lot and strategize about working with the county to get it fixed.
Attorney comments – Directed the clerk to find out of the property at 522 Bay has been sold.
Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Lubin to approve payment of the following vouchers
