BOROUGH OF POINT PLEASANT BEACH
Regular Meeting minutes– April 5, 2018

The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record

Present: Commissioner Bonsper, Corona, Curcio and Lubin

Absent: Cheasty and Savacool

Also present: Ray Bogan, Authority Attorney, Councilman Cortes and Karen Mills, Clerk

Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Lubin to memorialize the minutes of the March 1, 2017 meeting

In favor: Bonsper, Lubin and Corona
Opposed – None

Introduction of the May 2018 through April 2019 Budget

Motion by Commissioner Curcio to introduce the Budget, second by Commissioner Corona

In favor: Lubin, Bonsper, Corona and Curcio
Opposed: None

Attorney’s Comment – No comments

Engineer’s comments – Absent

Chairman’s Update – Authority received $15,000 in advance to hold it over. Snow plowing bills were high this winter. Chairman Bonsper discussed stripping in lot on Cramer and feels it should be paid for by Rudy since it is to help his business.

Councilman Cortes – Updated Authority on progress of paving DOT lot and also informed Authority that DOT lot will utilized for the Boat Parade and parking of the boats.

Motion by Commissioner Lubin, second by Commissioner Corona to approve payment of the following vouchers
