Regular Meeting minutes– April 5 2017
The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Bonsper, Lubin, Curcio and Corona
Absent: Commissioner Cheasty
Also present: Ray Bogan, Authority Attorney and Karen Mills, Clerk
Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Corona to memorialize the minutes of the March 1, 2017 meeting
In favor: Bonsper, Lubin, Corona and Curcio
Opposed – None
Borough Engineer Comments – Nothing at this time
Attorney’s Comments – Noted the new owners of Bay Avenue property have been informed of lease agreement.
Chairman’s Update – Commented that there is no money allocated in the Budget for the Authority.
Councilman Santanello – Believes the Authority will be dissolved by September. If we run short of money prior to being dissolved Mayor and Council will provide money to pay bills.
Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Curcio to approve payment of the following vouchers
In favor: Curcio, Lubin, Bonsper and Corona
Opposed: None
