BOROUGH OF POINT PLEASANT BEACH
Regular Meeting – April 4, 2013
The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
PRESENT: Chairman Bonsper, Cheasty, Bassinder and Caruso
Also present: Raymond D. Bogan, Attorney, Raymond Savacool, Authority Engineer and Karen Mills, Clerk
ABSENT: None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Commissioner Corona made a Motion to approve the March 7, 2013 meeting minutes, seconded by Commissioner Caruso.
In favor Commissioner Caruso, Commissioner Bassinder and Chairman Bonsper approved.
Opposed: None
Motion by Commissioner Caruso, second by Commissioner Bassinder to approve the contract for River Nursery for maintenance of the Parking lots.
In favor: Bassinder, Cheasty, Caruso and Bonsper
Opposed: None
Commissioner Corona has arrived at the meeting
Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Cheasty to allow the Authority Clerk to publish the RFP for Auditor.
In favor: Bassinder, Cheasty, Caruso, Bonsper and Corona
Opposed: None
Attorney’s Report – Nothing at this time.
Engineer’s Report – Fences are all done.
Chairman’s Comments – I have been informed that the parking lot behind the Valentine House is dark, Chairman Bonsper will check the lot at night and let John Trout know if they need to be replaced.
Chairman Bonsper –Motion by Commissioner Corona to pay the following checks, second by Commissioner Caruso

After the Chairman determined that there were no further issues to be discussed, the Motion was made to adjourn by Commissioner Corona, seconded by Commissioner Caruso. The Motion carried unanimously.
