BOROUGH OF POINT PLEASANT BEACH
Regular Meeting – April 3, 2014
The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Caruso, Bonsper and Corona
Absent: Commissioner Cheasty and Bassinder
Also present: Ray Savacool, Ray Bogan and Karen Mills, Clerk
Motion by Commissioner Caruso, second by Chairman Bonsper to memorialize the March 6, 2014 minutes, second by Commissioner Bonsper
In favor: Caruso and Bonsper
Opposed: None
Ray Bogan – Has updated article 3 to allow telephonic participation. Will have updated bylaws for next meeting to be approved.
The Board has directed Ray Bogan to update the bylaws
Ray Savacool – Phone conversation with a councilman in regards to expanding the parking lot behind the Valentine House. There is an existing buffer that possibly could be more parking but would eliminate the buffer. Very informal conversation.
New Business – Commissioner Corona inquired about the sprinklers at Borden’s lot. The clerk informed them that Bay Head sprinkler has added them to the schedule.
Chairman comments – Has informed Public works of the potholes that need to be addressed.
Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Caruso to approve the following vouchers for payment
