Mayor Kanitra requested that we change the date of the annual meeting to August 13. Seth will follow up. The meeting will be at Point Pleasant Beach High School.

Seth gave a timeline of what is involved in preparing for the annual meeting.

The committee compiled a list of questions that will be given to the mayor for the meeting on May 14^th.

Seth will ask about bringing chairs to the gym for the annual meeting.

The committee will meet approximately one month before the Annual Meeting to prepare for the event.

Mary will contact the PATCH to advertise the meeting.

Vic will post on the Point Pleasant Beach Borough and Bay Head Community Facebook groups, the information on the upcoming meeting.
