Borough of Point Pleasant Beach MINUTES
The Mayor and Council of the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach met at 8:19 A.M. with Mayor Vogel and Councilmen Mercun, Corbally, DiCicco and DiCorcia present. Councilmen Loughran and Dixon were absent. The Municipal Clerk read the notice indicating compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act.
There was no closed session, as there were no items to be discussed.
Administrator Riehl added item ‘k‘ to Consent Resolution 1.
Motion by Councilman Mercun, seconded by Councilman DiCicco, resolutions covering the items listed below were carried by the following roll call vote:
CONSENT RESOLUTION 1:
a) Confirm NJ EIT Financing
b) Approval of hand check to purchase plastic bins for records storage (not to exceed $250)
c) P O to Hewlett Packard for exchange server ($3335.01)
d) Approval of computer generated vouchers ($34,182.43)
e) Authorization to prepare and advertise bids for Fire Department generators
f) Transfer Jennifer Coyne to position of tax clerk, effective 01/01/08
g) Promote Sandra Petersen to the position of payroll clerk, effective 01/01/08
h) Authorization to advertise for the position of part-time clerk in Clerk and Finance Depts.
i) Payment to Schulman, Wiegmann from Board of Adjustment escrow acct ($225)
j) Amend Bingo License 2006-65 to add a 50/50 game to current game schedule
k) Donation to PPB Community Endowment Fund for start-up costs ($500)

Public participation period was opened and closed with no member of the public wishing to be heard.
